Sir,

Sub: Complaint of poor service and unnecessary billing

Ref: Skoda Octavia, Reg. No. DL3CA 4758

This is in persuasion to my letter dated 3rd. August duly received by you.

It is most regrettable that in spite of my repeated efforts to draw your attention to various grievances brought top your attention in writing, no appropriate action has been taken by you till date.

The car handed over to you on 19th. July continuous to remain in you possession causing me tremendous inconvenience and financial loss.

Subsequent to my aforementioned letter of complaint, you had once again refused to accept responsibility and after due repairs, made a claim of Rs., confirming all faults have now been rectified and I should have no further cause of concern.

Most reluctantly, I had no choice but to make the payment, in order to accept delivery of the car.

After receiving the cheque payment in full (without giving me Insurance surveyors report) and before I could even start the car you took the car back with the pretext of checking it once more.

It is indeed most intriguing that there should be need to check the car once you have accepted payment and made the delivery.

Once again, you have advised me that now the sensors are not functioning and need to be replace, costing over Rs.20, 000/= and then only the YELLOW shall stop blinking.

So we were back to where we were on 19th. July, when the car was brought to you first time.

I requested you to return the car with yellow light blinking.

You advised me that now the car can not be driven and can only be towed.

You have handed over me a response to my complaints which is not acceptable as it does not address the issues raised by me.

Hence the car continuous to remain in your possession even after one month and 10 days and making two payments, which in my opinion were avoidable in the first place.

I have no choice but to take delivery of the car after making further payments as demanded by you, unreasonable as they are.

However, you are once again requested to investigate the matter internally and refund the money received from me under compulsion.

Failing which, as advised earlier, I shall have no choice but to take recourse to legal options as are available to me.

PS. Till date, I have not received the Insurance surveyors report on cost Approved vs, Payments claimed by you.

Today it is 26th. September, 09 and you are still sitting on my car, not able to rectify the fault, which was never there in the first place.
