Pancard not received

I applied for pan card vide ack no.020010200066301. later on i was informed that my pan card was issued given the number as BDSPK7587E and despatched in my address vide airway bill no.2682426460 dt 11 oct. till date i have not received my pan card.

please do help me getting it.
