Pancard
Corrected pancard not recieved

Before sometime (approx 6 month) we have apply a new pancard but when i got my pancard by mistake on my pancard my date of birth wrongly printed, therefore i had submitted pan card correction form by post with my agent but still i have not get my new pancard. Kindly do the needfull for the same & send my new pancard.
