I had deposited with the above company in Fixed Deposit for one year sums of Rs 16, 000/ & Rs 14, 000/ on 6/1/97 & 18/1/97 vide FDR'S 58112 & 60142 which have matured for payments on 6/1/98 & 18/1/98.Even after 10 years the Company is yet to repay the same. Approach to the Company Law Board did not yield any result. Being a senior citizen aged 66 in I had requested the Company to make payment on compassionate grounds. Only a formal letter dated 16/1/03 came from the Company stating a comprehensive scheme approved by secured & unsecured creditors is pending before the Delhi High Court & in the meantime my case is being forworded to Compassionate Grounds Committee for consideration. After that there is total silence.
Can a solution to get my money back during my life time be suggested by the Forum as I am now 73?
