Yet not recieved the Registry at the desired location

Dear sir

I had sent the dispatch through Registry on dated 20.08.09 from Raigarh (Chattisgarh) post office. Registry no. is 1825. But still (dated 03.09.09), dispatch has not been recieved to the desired location.

The desired location is Symbosis Centre of Distance Learning, Pune.
