Fake commitment and poor services

Hi All,

i have purchased the new also lxi from the DD Motors okhla phase 1, but i feel in terms of customer satisfaction they are good for none, they dont know the whats the meaning of the customer and the dealer relations, they are completely bullshit.

they gave me wrong information and fake commitment. they are sitting there only for just to sell cars, not to maintain the relations.

yesterday i have completed one month after purchasing the car, but till this time i didnt get any RC or other document.

So i am requesting not to get in touch with DD Motors. if you are planning to buy a new car go to some other not the DD motors.
