Not delivering the letters in Vimanpura post office Bangalore

Hi ..I am Sujatha,

My Father sent an important document, last month, when I enquired " Vimanpura post office" today, they said that it has reached post office on 28th of February itself but they are not going to deliver it. they say that if it is too important, we should go and collect the document. otherwise it will be lying in the post office. What for are the post services available then? Please take a severe action on this issue..
