Hi.

I ordered a Hyundai slim mobile T6188 after seeing the leaflet from citibank credit card,

the same was received after 50 days. which is not in good working condition, earphone is not working, memory card is not working,

the leaflet which was received with card statement shows that the mobile has internet, GPRS and emai facilities. but it is not at all available in this mobile.

I contacted not less than 20 times thro phone and not less than 5 times through mail. but the phone line always says "thanks for your call, please stay on line" X 100 times.

I recieved immediate reply from "[email protected]" saying

"Dear sir, Thanks your mail to Support Department of Deals4all, Our support team will reply to you very soon. Phone support: 022-40791234 We need your feedback to improve our quality of service. From, Deals4all"

But nothing after "thanks for your call" and "very soon" - meaning no response,

I don't know what to do with this type of cheaters.
