Didnt receive Demat Acc Id & Password

Dear Sir,

I am a customer of your ICICI Bank, Udaipur Branch with a saving Account No:004501530077.I have applied for the Demat Account on 19/12/08, 1 Month earlier. But till date didnt get any kind of Demat Account Id & Pasword. Your Service man assured me that the account will got opened within one week, but its already more than one month and the Account till now didnt opened. I have applied for the ID & Password once more but till now also didnt get any kind of service from your end.

So, i just want to know is this your fastest kind of services. I am really today feel very bad that why did i applied for the Demat Account to your bank. As i am suffering from the last month, only because of your bank. And i will surely advice to my fellow friends not to do the mistake, as I am suffering, as ICICI BANK only have the TAG LINES of doing the work fastest, but what the reality is i am facing.
