I ordered an Item via Amazon.com. The item arrived and was not the item i ordered. I attempted to return it but when I went to the amazon.com site, they show no order placed, therefore I am not able to apply for return. The company they listed as the Seller is bogus (fulfillment Services) as they are only the shipping company. I am disputing this charge to my account and would like to know who to return the item to and how to address it. I want my credit card credited for the item and shipping ASAP.
