Non receive of Debit Card (Newly applied)

I appiled for a new debit card on 9th of june by phone banking service. ICICI Bank customer care sent me a message on my mobile that they have sent the new card on 11 th of june to their Kolkata office for further despatch but still I am unabled to get it. As per their cutomer care executive it should reach to you within 10 days from the request date. I am waiting eagerly for your reply.
