I wish to bring to your kind notice that my debit card pertaining the above account was stolen on 17th August and immediately I made a request over telephone to the customer care to block the card. Unfortunately, amount Rs. 3056 was swiped. In the meanwhile the home branch was also infomred of the same since it was a Sunday and the branch was opened on that day. They advised me to lodge an FIR which I did immeiately.
Thereafter I submitted the affidavit and filled in the requisite forms alongwith copy of FIR to the home branch and they in turn forwarded my request for Rs. 3056 to Mumbai Head Office.
Since then almost 8 months have passed and I have not been able to get a turn around of Rs. 3056 which has been put on hold in my aforesaid account.
I would request you to please turn around this amount of Rs. 3056 and allow me to use this amount which has been appearing in my account for all these months.
On 2nd June, 09 I found that the hold funds have been reversed without assigning any reason.
I also wish to inform you that both the outlets where my card was swiped are closed now.
Pls settle my grivience at the earliest.
Looking forward to your kind cooperation and early release of my amount Rs. 3056/-.
