Good afternoon,

I am a NRI customer of SBI Vasai (W) branch.

This is with reference to my letter dated 14th January and second reminder on 9th February (as per taached) about Fraud on my account and subsequent your reply on 31st January.

As per your letter, those 11 transactions are happened at Russia. All this transactions nor initiated or instructed by me. With this I am more concerned about customer data security at SBI. It shows that my personal data like ATM PIN (password), ATM card details are stolen from SBI customer database. I am requesting SBI fraud detection and information security department to investigate this matter.

Since this transactions are not initiated or instructed by me, requesting you to reverse all this transactions on urgent basis. Please give credit of debited amount to my saving bank account with SBI (10506964693)

I would like to bring your noticed that there are 11 transactions on my SBI saving account (10506964693). These transactions are not initiated by me nor by my instructions. I noticed these transactions yesterday night while accessing my SBI account using internet. There are five transactions taken placed on 10th Jan and Six transactions on 13th Jan. which are not done by me using my SBI ATM card. As per online account statement this transactions are ATM transactions. All this transactions are containing my SBI debit card number (622018003268XXXXXXX).

I have not lost or not shared my SBI debit card with any one. Till date ATM card is with me. Yesterday when I come to know this incident, immediately I contacted SBI contact center to block my card. Contact center agent has given me ticket / reference number (200901142335457) for blocking request.
