The amount deducted from the atm is to revert back

Sir my name is Azam pasha last month when i was taking my salarry from my account the amount was 3700 on 18-06 and i complained about that on 20-06 but till now i didnt got my money back its almost 1/2 month being after given that complaint my account Number is 16764 so plaese reply me and clarify from that Karnataka bank and plaese let me know what is the possision of my money deducted from the karnataka bank ATM and i have also filled the charge back request form but then also iam not getting my money back so please reply me if something will not happen i have to give a complaint to RBI so please reply me and give me the money back please it is a request
