This is with reference to the loss of debit card attached to my Saving Salary account (008010101463233) with your Hyderabad main branch and its misuse.
I lost my debit card on April 10th and it was misused to buy a mobile and some other things to a sum of Rs.127xx/- at “The Mobile Store, Kormangla Road, Bangalore” and “Celebrations shop, Bangalore” by unknown person. On realizing loss of card, I lodged complaint and blocked it through your customer care. Also I registered a police complaint. On investigation, it was found that the Debit card was used to buy a mobile at the mobile store on the name of some “Aditya” and the signature used do not match with my signatures. Which surely reflects negligence of the mobile store operator for not verifying the name and signature before use.
I am writing this to you to claim my loss. Kindly revert back with the process for this reversal and any documents that I need to produce for the same.
