Dear sir/Madam,

I am an account holder HDFC Bank having AC no 06831610071250.When I made a money transaction through CANARA ATM centre at kadugodi, Near white field railway station, Bangalore using HDFC debit card on 1st august I withdrawed RS 5000 since the system got stucked, the cash not dispensed in the ATM but 5000 rupeese debited from my account. I Had gone to HDFC bank in ITPL, Bangalore on 3rd aug and I have submitted card holder dispute form there itself.
