Respected Sir,
With due respect I need to bring to your notice that my pin for debit card in an account 1546 at K.J.Pandya medical College, PipariaVadodara was been blocked because of mistakes by me. I informed the branch manager her in the campus about in a written application and oral intimations too.
Manager had informed to the main I.O.b branch as told by him to me. Application has been given by me since end of November, 08.
I am not able to use my debit card and having difficulty in bank transactions.
Not having good experiences this time from your side.
Kindly see for it and generate a new pin to me.
