Dear Sir,

We have purchased a flat on 12/12/1996 almost 13 years back.

Bt till today, the builder have not provided us the share certificate of flat.

Apart from that, Builder has collected rs.20000 from all flat owners for Life time Maintenance.

Bt since last 10 years Builder has not paid a single penny for maintenance and the whole flat is maintained by Flat owners by contributing 800 rs/month.

So I request the Consumer court to take the strict action against the Builder and provide us all the legal doculents.
