PAN Card not received yet

Dear Sir,

This is my first reminder of my complaint.

I have not receive my PAN card at my address yet now. I have applied it on 08-11 . My PAN card status is showing that it has been dispatched on 17 Nov 07. The name which you typed in the PAN card is also not correct. Please correct the name SAJEEV MOOTHAT in the place of SANJEEV MOOTHAT and despatch the same as early as possible. Otherwise what is the alternative, give suggession immediatly
