Degree certificate

Hi

I have completed my graduation in the year 2007 but yet didnt receive the kt degree certificate..

I have tried all the sources to get the information but university people dont care about this...

please tell me what should i do... what needs to be done so that i get my degree certificate back... please let me know sir...

these university people harass a lot to students...

need urgent help... i hope i get some solution from here... i am simply helpless..
