Delay in releasing PF
Delay in withdrawing my PF

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have couriered my PF withdrawal form duly filled with necessary photocopies of reqd. documents on 18th October to Bandra PF office.

My details are as given below:

Name: Sudha Ashok Harvande (Mob. No.: 9969007062)

Employee Name: NSS Logistics (India) Pvt. Ltd, Chunabhatti (E), Mumbai.

Name of Directors: Mr. Santosh N. Shetty/ Mr. Sudesh N. Shetty.

Establishment Code: MH 47526

PF A/c No.: 42

I regret to say that till date I have not received my money back & due to which I am forced me to write this email to you.

In my PF withdrawal form I had given my SBI A/c no. to enable them to deposit the money directly to my account.

I would kindly request you to look in the matter & do the needful & expedite the process of releasing my PF money.
