Dear Sir,

Ref. above Docket sent from Delhi. Apparently my Vendor had sent 2 Parcels under the above way bill but unfortunately on 16/11/10 only One parcel was delivered to my Linking Road office. Though it was marked ‘X2’ your attendant Mr. Shukla (9930635936) is aware that he delivered only one parcel to my unsuspecting staff who just signed the POD and your run sheet and paid the amount of Rs.3425/-.

I have made several calls to your Tel # 34557812/13 and they are clueless about the parcels much less how many parcels were sent from Delhi. Today one of your Customer Executive promised to initiate an enquiry. I request you to let me have the remaining one parcels as the as the content is of high value which will cause tremendous loss to me.

With regret I have to state the complete apathy by your staff at Delhi office, not only has parcel taken more than 15 days and cost me Rs. 3425/-, which I have paid in full, but also the one packet has been misplaced to which they have no clue.

I will be grateful if you Locate the same and deliver it to me ASAP.
