Cheating by the company

I have been using smart Tag for my car 07030007806 at Delhi Gurgaon expresway for many years. I used to recharge before time every month. This I used to do based on SMS I used to receive on my registered phone number. Since I did not received the sms this month I could not do it before time. The company has forfeited my six month worth of balance

I spoke to the customer care many times but they are not ready to listen.
