Sir, I have registered myself and my wife named Mrs MONJUSRI KUMAR vide my enrolment Number 1093/31107/00339 dated 18 Jun and my wife's Enrolemtn Number 1093/31107/00340 dt 18 Jun. But on 26 Oct I have received my own UID Card but till to date I have not received another Card of my wife. I have contacted Postman Personally but he told the same has not been received by Post Office. Kindly Look into the matter personally and kindly mail me or contact via Mob Number 9501293991 regarding disposal of my wife's UID Card at the earliest please. I am eagerly waiting your reply or UID Card of my wife. Kindly help me in this regard.
