NON ADHERANCE TO CLAUSE OF EXEMPTION OF TOLL TO MEMBERS OF FAMILY OF OFFICER OF REGULAR FORCE

1. Refer Notification of Ministry of shipping, Road Transport and Highways vide notice number NH-11065/12-P&M Dt 15 sep which states clearly that all members of family of the officers of regular force are exempted of the toll.

2. I am the spouse of Serving Officer of the Indian army, but the authorities are not willing to accept the notification causing mental harrassment and are collecting the same.

3. i had been commuting daily from the cantt to MDI gurgaon and back since 12th oct 08.
