Difficulty in payment of bill

Sir

It has been observed that last few bills were delivered at our residence only 3 to 4 days before the last date of submission. There were heavy queue on these days and we could not submit the bills before the last date. We had to pay the bills after the last date along with the surcharge. Please find out the reason for the same do the needful to avoid inconvinence for the public. You may also find some alternative means of payment for the public.
