Subject:- Complaint about supply of drainage water in Drinking Water Line.
Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that water lines were laid about 25-30 years back in our Asola village. Now these lines are broken from several places resulting contaminated drainage water is being supplied in place of Drinking water in our houses. We have no other source to collect drinking water resulting about 3-4 members are suffering from fever, food poisoning, vomiting etc in every house.
Therefore you are requested to do temporary repair of leakage of water line immediately and arrange to replace old water lines in to new as earliest possible.
