Unjustified Water supply Distribution

Dear Sir

I am staying in Punjabi basti Baljeet nagar new delhi-8, we are getting 15 minutes water supply from janta Park Booster Pumping station, whereas one of the area is getting 1.5 hrs water supply from the same booster pump.so please reply me is it justified.
