Choking of sewerage system

Dear Sir,

I am residing in JG-3, 43-A Vikas Puri New Delhi 18 West Delhi and facing choking of sewer oftenly .have lot of problem in disposing night soil . there is no phone number where to complain i have to go to the particular place where people seldom meets in time. I am in come tax payee and pay around Rs 25000 per month. even after paying so much to the government what services are we getting. i requst you please forward my complaint to the concern department so that it may be solved at the earliest. Please also provide details where to complain.
