I ordered a fresh fruit basket with orchids this week from DelhiOnlineFlorist. Instead they sent 6 tiny roses and instead of "2 Kgs of extremely high quality fruits" which was the description, they sent 4 mangoes, out of which 2 were rotten. The phone number listed on the site constantly remains busy and of course, there is no response to the email. I'm putting in a complaint via my credit card company so hopefully at least they won't get the money for a terrible order. DO NOT USE THEM!
The description of the item on their site is: Fresh Fruits (2 Kgs.) Basket decorated with Exotic Fresh Flowers - This basket contains extremely high quality fruits like grapes, oranges, pomegranates etc which is decorated with exotic orchids and beautifully arranged in a bamboo basket.
but what got delivered wasn't even close.
