This is about how Good Service (IS/WAS) provided by IDEA Cellular.
... So When I received about 1 message daily from IDEA Cellular indicating that Your Documents are not found according to DoT.
I have submitted documents (copy of driving license and PAN card 1 Passport Photo) in end of December. at IDEA CARE office located on above kalupur commercial bank, judges bungalows road, Ahmedabad 380015. according to the rules.(and didn't received any kind of acknowledgement as They do not provide any acknowledgement in written on submitting of documents, just says verbally that messages will be get stopped.)
the same message requesting documents continued to come for about 1 week and then after it stopped. All was fine.
Now again (on 14-03). I received message from IG-IDEA indicating that
- "Due to unavoidable circumstances your documents where damaged so request to submit new documents @ nearest Idea outlet to continue enjoying uninterrupted services"
So I submitted again documents and they told that all you will not receive any such message any more.
NOW AGAIN (on 26-03). I received message from IG-ImpInfo indicating that
- " We request your cooperation to resubmit documents @ Idea Outlet as on unfortunate event damaged some customer docs including yours. This is as per DOT directive"
AND TODAY (on 27-03). I received message from IG-IDEA indicating that
- "Dear Customer, Your documents with IDEA are not as per new DoT directive. Pls submit the same at nearest IDEA Recharge outlet. For details call 51235"
I have contacted CUSTOMER CARE many times. but they ends with that I require to resubmit documents as it does not mach with DoT directive.
So I have informed them that after resubmitting "THE SAME DOCUMENTS (same copy of driving license and PAN card 1 Passport Photo)" will it match with DoT directive? they told YES and asking same copy documents AGAIN and AGAIN.
MY QUESTION: They do not have proper reason for asking for documents again and again. (How could same copy of documents will match with DoT directive, which were failed to match first time???) - this is a first indication of poor service from "IDEA Cellular".
ok.. ok.
- Secondly, How it could be DAMAGED. tsunami was in JAPAN :) :). this is a second indication of poor service from "IDEA Cellular".
I got an IDEA!!! -- MNP is best Solution.

for cellular service users "MNP" is a god's gift. so open the gift box and use it. :)
- I am using IDEA Cellular service since 24 Nov. and I am very happy with tariffs packs and service.
(Above line will be changed soon as - "I was using IDEA Cellular service and have used for about 5 years. "IDEA Cellular" is not same as it was.. gone worst in service, support and tariffs packs)
What is guarantee that they (IDEA Cellular) are not misusing submitted documents.
as an indian we need to aware of it now a days after a series of Corporate SCAM's and FRAUDS (LIC loan Scam, 2G Spectrum Scam, Commonwealth Games Scam, Telgi Scam, Satyam Scam, Bofors Scam, The Fodder Scam, The Hawala Scandal, IPL Scam, Adarsh Society scam, Harshad Mehta & Ketan Parekh Stock Market Scam etc...)) in MY INDIA, Its being a FASHION!!
And LAST.
- "IDEA Cellular" is thinking that they are only a service providers and without them cellular service users will become helpless. :-)
