Non issuence of Debit Card

Sir,

I am having my salary account no.120010100116138 in your bank in Khan Market branch. Recently, my wife namely Kiran also became joint account holder. Now, she has applied for debit card the application for which was submitted through your branch office at Kamla Nagar, Delhi on 26/2. But the same is still awaited and nobody tells the present status of the request.
