Not giving warranty card

I purchased Dell aspiron 1525 laptop and tech-com digital camera for 41, 500.00 Rs/-

these items were purchased from Websity (B-3, shree dham, Yudhister Marg, C-scheme, jaipur

on 16 Oct. 2008.

they didn't give me warranty card and warranty sticker on product.

Now there is some problem wid camera.

When i visited nearest Tech-com service center they asked me for warranty sticker or to pay for the damage while it is still under warranty.

Plz tell me what can i do now.
