Moniter is not working, i mean lack of back ground light i can not seen nothing

I purchased one lapTop on september from Jumbo Burdubai, now the moniter is not working, that is due to lack of back ground light, i can not see nothing. several time i try to contact service department. if you give the exact location of service center in dubai (I am in Al Quose) it will be dood.
