I have ordered a Dell Laptop online; I have been contacted over phone by Dell representative. He told me to make payment through credit card (which I did) and he further conveyed me that laptop will be delivered to you within 20 working days. I have placed my order (money has also been deduced on the same day) on 19/Nov. I have been issued a order no.(2277936) and a customer code (292493). The tentative date of delivery was 10/Dec. Now I have not received anything (on 10/Dec). When I tried to contact Dell. their representative told me that It will take another 10 days, they don't know what to do and asked me that how I want my case to be proceeded. The ordered Laptop was in Delhi (after being send from Malaysia), custom duty has been paid and now dell Delhi branch require some papers from Bangalore branch. Dell representatives are not sure about what documents are required, they even don't know how to handle my case. I am in very confused, I have made payments and product was not delivered to me. Moreover Dell told me that If I cancel this order it will take another 20 Days for refund and that too after deductions. Kindly look into this matter.
