Dear Sir,
I had purchased DELL VOSTRO Laptop on February. But it is having a lot of problems. So on 28th of August my laptop was went for replacement.i had been told that within 10 days i will get my laptop back. But when i contacted them after 15 days they told on 17th of September i will get my laptop. But i had not get my laptop till now. And when i try to make a contact to them they never reply to me or they cut the calls. I am just fed up. Please try to solve my problem and look on this case as i need my laptop urgently.
