I have booked order on 16th October at Dell Executive Store located in Pune, that time Dell executive has told us that if you have paid through Credit Card then you will get delivery within 7-8 days. I have made the payment through Credit Card. I got mail from Dell team regarding order confirmation and order number. They asked me check the status on Dell website. I have checked my order status on Friday 23rd and it was showing me that I will get delivery by 28th of this month. Now today I got mail from Dell regarding cancellation of order. I called up your customer care where I got New Order No. 0431861 and I have been told that now I will get delivery on 09th of November. It means almost 25 days after booking the order.
This is good example of ridiculous service.
