Poor response to customers

Dear Sir,

We have been chasing your team a lot for past two months for the delivery of Studio 1558 Laptop vide our order No. 0652093/ 490029796. We had also made an advance payment vide cheque no. 432187 dt. 24-6, this was realized in your account on 06-07.

We feel very regret to bring in kind notice that we had been breaking our head with your different team members for the last approximately two months. None of your staff responds properly and we have been made to chase from Pillar to Post. Now we have landed up in a situation where we had paid up the money in advance and we don’t foresee the delivery happening.

We are enclosing herewith:

1) Copy of PO.

2) Copy of Cheque.

3) Payment confirmation mail from Dell.

4) Name of the Dell Staff- we have been interacting with.

5) Complete Story of the events.

We are not sure if this is the pre-sales service of DELL what would happen in case of any after sales service calls to DELL.

Due to the above negligibility of DELL, we had suffered a lot and we had been penalized monetarily and mental harassment.

Please treat letter as our final call to you to-

1) Make the delivery and respect the order accepted by you.

2) Pay us the compensation in lieu of the above

Else, we will be forced to proceed with legal action on the same.
