The machine supplied stopped working two days after the delivery. It took us 10 days to register complaint (as they work between 9 am to 6 pm with Sat/ Sun off, one has to be infront of the machine for lodging complaint!).
The support is very poor, they do not have spares for newly suppled machine. Sad part is one feels totally helpless.
