Company Has not Submitted The PF Form to the Office

I submitted the PF Form on 06/10 to my company & they said that with in 3 months the Pf will be Processed But Now When i got in touch with teh Admin Department The say that the PF department is not accepting any claims till Jan As it is Year ending & they have lots of other claim which is in Pend... please let me know i can do something about this...
