Dell studio 14 laptop
Charger is not working

Sir,

i have purchased my dell-14 on 14 june.within a week its charger stopped working. i hav been trying since then o n the caustomer care number of dell but it is not responding. most of the times it is busy. i m fed up after trying it several hours thousand times. pleae do help me... i want it to be replaced as soon as possible.my work is getting badly suffered.
