I bought a laptop from Dell worth Rs 49, 547 on 29th september and it was delivered me on 7th october. But when i opened the package i found that the laptop delivered to me was defective, there was no sound coming from it.when i contacted them and told the problem all i got was solutions which solved nothing but wasted my time despite my telling them that its hardware related problem. And now they are not taking timely action to get the product replaced. The person handling my case just make excuses by blaming the other departments and Make me call them again and again. Also reply fro m their side is by 6 P.M usually and their working
hours are 9 A.M to 6 P.M.so you are forced t owait til another day for anything further to happen
This is the fraud from their side
Its like why did I buy that laptop, life was calm and tension free before buying that
