Damaged RAM

Hello sir

i have purchased the Dell Studio Laptop

its waranty is exist.

but i am suffering from malfunctioning of Latop

its RAM has been damaged

i have launched the complain by online on 15 th september

MY service tag no is G1SR2BS

AND COMPLAIN NO IS 2418787

they told to me engineer will come on my house with in 2 days

but 15 days have been spent, no body come here

i have called several times

but they never response

please help me for relief of this problem
