Well i have complaint before also but yet there is no response from your side... i have complaint about my dell studio 15inch laptop which i have bought from singapur and it is under international warrenty... its mouse touchpad buttons are not working properly and some of the keys of keyboard are also not working... i need the laptop very urgrntly for doing my project so plz give a satisfactory response as soon as possible..
