Manufacturing Defect in My laptop

I have purchased my DELL studio laptop (service tag: 8TP****) on 30-08-08. After purchase of my system, I have faced weird problem with my DVD-ROM. It’s got replaced three times, which I think is a manufacturing defect from DELL. Because all two DVD-ROMs can`t be faulty.

I have contacted customer care several times for same problem but I didn`t got any satisfactory answer, why my DVD-ROM is replaced for so many times. What is the real problem? Every time

They say that some serious decisions are going on regarding this problem. Our technicians are working to resolve this issue.

I have sent around 3 emails to DELL on [email protected] on same issue, and one on

[email protected] and one in section of unresolved issues (case no. 200908054624448). IS there any method left to say “ HELLO, I AM IN BIG

PROBLEM, HELP ME”.

Now, there is only one thing left for me, and that is “CONSUMER FORUM”
