Delay in delivery

Sir I am rajesh soni.

I am student of CUSAT.

Sir i had buy a laptop in march but that laptop was not working properly and there was problem of system freezing and other.sir i had paid 63, 000Rs (service tag nos 7XM33BS) for it.

finally that problem was not rectified and company had agreed to replace my laptop.company person said me that i will get new laptop within 3 weeks.

But till now (after spending more than 9 weeks) i had not got my new laptop.

whenever i used to contact DELL TEAM they just forward my call to costumer care department and costumer care forward my call to technical support and then just keep this process many times.

Finally i just come to you in search of HELP.

sir as i am student i had to do lot of works on my laptop so please help me.
