DELL XPS 1550 laptop
Faulty motherboard

Hi All,

I have been using DELL XPS 15inch laptop for over a period of 15months. I had a complain about heating up my laptop and DELL replaced the Motherboard, Heat sink in warranty period.

And exactly after 93rd days of the replacement my motherboard died again.

I contacted DELL, they are saying any replacement part has a warranty period of 90 days. And saying it is very unfortunate of me to having a fault detected after 93rd day.

Now I have to pay Rs.14000/- to have another motherboard.

I would like to know if I could have DELL pay some attention to my problem.
