No response from PF department

Hello Sir,

I have submitted my PF form on December 16th. My PF # AP/HY/37885/001578. I went to the Barkhatpura Provident Fund office on Feb 19th to enquire about my PF and the lady in the enquiry department gave me the amount I would be getting and requested me to wait for 2 weeks. It has been over two weeks and when I am trying to call the PF office the numbers provided are never answered.

Please provide me with the status on my PF as I am in urgent need.
