I booked as assignment of shifting my house hold items from Gretaer Noida to Dehradun by Deluxe Packers & Movers, Noida. The person Mr. Purushottam Chamoli committed that all the luggage will be packed by the evening by 06:00 P.M. of the 30 June but it was packed by 02:30 A.M. on July 01. My all family including a 03 year son was disturbed due to this & next day the luggage was unloaded at the destination in the night of July 01 at 11:00 P.M. Also by deewan cum bad was badly damaged. Upon asking about the damage Mr. Chamoli said that it is insured and you will get the cover note of the policy next day i.e. July 02 and after that you can claim the damage. But till date I have not received any cover note of any insurance.
Except this he (Mr. Chamoli) threatened me in getting his money.

Please do not give such assignemnts to Deluxe Packers & Movers, Noida.
