I have been completeley misguided

Hi,

I had opened an account with Demat facility in HDFC Bank branch situated at R.D.C. Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad, for which your bank executive Mr. akram and Mr. B.B. Pandey visited to my home on 02 Nov. 2008 and promised the following:-

1) Free Debit Card.

2) Opening Demant account within a week.

3) Trading from Demat account within a week.

4) No Annual Maintainence chanrges.

Bul till today no promise has been fullfilled, I have been completeley musguided becasue:-

1) Bank has charged (Rs. 500 Rs. 61.80) for Debit card.

2) No Demat account has been opened yet.

Could you please look into this matter ASAP.
